June 13, 2015 Two of us went for lunch. Very impressed with the place as we walked in....large open space, nicely decorated. Barbara, our waitress was friendly, fun, accommodating , and right on top of things. Ordered some garlic knots to share. They were outstanding! we asked for a little red sauce on the side for dipping. Excellent. Soup of the day: Tomato Basil - very good. I also hat the cheese ravioli. It was served with a freshly baked, crusty bread(also so good!) I must say that the sauce they make there is really superb.....just the right amount of spices. Unlike some Italian restaurants like to use way too much garlic. I ate as much as I could, but boxed up 1/2 the ravioli and bread for later. This place is "on the list" of nice places to eat for me. Will return without hesitation. I believe they have a live jazz band on the weekend evenings...

Delicious pizza! Good service! Everything you'd like in an Italian restaurant! The Garlic Knots were delicious, and you get to see the pizza being made practically right in front of you! They have beer on draft as well! I think they also have delivery, but I haven't checked! If you love Italian food, this is a good place to check out! Edit 1: Went back a second time. Service was slow and garlic knots weren't as good as last time. Lowering to three stars because of too much variability. Still good though! Edit 2: 45 minutes, still no pizza! If it's crowded, I do not recommend coming here!

This has been a fantastic stop. Passing through town; you never know what to expect from a restaurant. Especially, with my husband and I being Italian; we aren't always easy to please eating at Italian restaurants. Throw in the mix that we stopped in a touristy area (Port Canaveral); we didn't expect to be floored. We were! They are in a perfect location. High visibility and lots of parking. The restaurant has a lovely decor. Great color scheme and plenty of seating. The staff were so friendly and polite as we sat down and chatted with them while waiting on our food. Yes, the food....delicious and very reasonably priced! I ordered an $11 penne with meatball & sausage. It came with soup or salad. I love soup and opted for a chicken and lentil. I feel that the soup is a prelude to the quality of food that you'll be getting. Is it homemade or out of a can? This soup was loaded with chicken and so homemade! It was delicious! My husband ordered a Stromboli. While waiting for our entrees; my husband snapped a pic of one of the cooks flipping pizza dough before being cooked in their wood-fired oven. The pic will be on their website. We laughed and jokingly exchanged the pic for garlic knots! Yummy!!! The Stromboli was delicious as was my pasta dinner. The sauce has chunks of tomatoes in it (just how I love it) and sliced garlic with basil. It was fantastic! This is one of the best meals out that we have had in a longtime! HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping in and enjoying home cooked Italian. I even saw a sign that some nights they have live jazz. Perfect date night!

Really great Italian entrees. Veal is fresh and tender. Don't hesitate to come here for a full dinner or just lunch. Service is very good. Nicely appointed inside.

Really good pizza, you can tell it's made fresh. I have had their pizza 3 separate times, and have never been disappointed. The portions are large, and ingredients are great. Their garlic knots are a must have, the dough is awesome, and hands down best any of the garlic knots around.

We wondered why the hotel didn't recommend this restaurant to us when it was the closest "sit down" restaurant. We found out the hard way. Took us about 15 minutes to order. We ordered a garlic bread appetizer that came with a whopping 4 slices of bread for the 3 of us. Salads were ok but after an hour of waiting for our food (kids spaghetti, chicken parm, and gnocchi) we were finally able to flag down a different waitress than our own to beg for refills and to check on our order. We watched as the manager talked to the chef who shook his head and took the order from her. We are guessing he never got it. After complaining we had our food in 10 minutes. The food was hot and fairly average in flavor but the poor and inattentive service ruined the whole experience for us. You would have thought they would have at least comped us the cost of the garlic bread but no go. Best to keep walking past this place.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
